In today's job market, finding employment has become easier than ever. However, the lack of sufficient job training remains a significant challenge. Many essential skills, such as professionalism and customer service, seem to have lost their significance in the workforce. That's where we come in! Our mission is to train and prepare the future leaders, workers, managers, supervisors, and outstanding professionals.

At The Job Loft, we focus on eight fundamental soft skills as the building blocks for success in the workforce. Through our comprehensive curriculum, we impart five core competencies that support young individuals in their professional and personal growth. It's worth mentioning that our program also fulfills the requirements for the OhioMeansJobs Readiness Seal, catering specifically to high school students.

Designed for youth and young adults aged 14-24, our flexible program offers both eight-week and four-week options, allowing customization to align with your organization's specific needs. We collaborate with non-profit organizations, financial institutions, schools, and various businesses to deliver our training.
