Allante’ Booker, a Cleveland, Ohio native, holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a concentration in Youth and Community Engagement from Wright State University. She later earned a Master of Science in Leadership from Grand Canyon University, continuing her commitment to personal and professional growth.

With over a decade of experience serving youth and young adults, Ms. Booker has developed and led impactful programs in after-school and summer settings. Her work includes designing college and career readiness initiatives, leadership development curricula, and training front-line youth workers.

Ms. Booker has also played key roles in managing youth centers, recreational programs, and community spaces. She previously led an adult education program that successfully graduated over 20 incarcerated men, helping them take meaningful steps toward personal and professional transformation.

Her lifelong dedication to development and empowerment is reflected in her hands-on approach and her passion for nurturing potential. Since 2015, she has been certified in Youth Mental Health First Aid and is also a certified recruiter.

Her debut book, My Pit Experience, explores her personal journey through adversity, sharing how she overcame mistakes, depression, and grief to discover her purpose.
