Words from the Founder:
I am devoted to developing youth and young adults through community service , professional development and engagement. I have over nine years working with youth and young adults in the Cleveland, Dayton and Columbus area. It brings me great joy to provide these young people with the tools and skills they need to become effective leaders. Through job placement, training, mentorship, community activism and education I believe that there will always be something productive for them to do. We just have to present them with the opportunity and practice patience.
