Customer Service Agent

We operate a U.S. based virtual call center that partners with the Arise® Platform to provide remote customer service opportunities. We’re not owned or operated by Arise instead, we’re an independent call center that connects qualified agents to clients on the Arise platform while offering ongoing guidance, community, and support.

Basic Equipment Needed:

Computer (Desktop or Laptop)
- Windows 11 (Mac or Chrome OS computers are not compatible)
- At least 8-16 GB RAM, Dual-Core processor
- Wired internet connection
High-Speed Internet
- Minimum download: 10–15 Mbps
- Minimum upload: 3–5 Mbps
Wired USB Headset
- With noise-canceling microphone
- Compatible with your system (check with specific companies)
Webcam (sometimes optional)
- For virtual meetings, interviews, or ID verification
